01 / SYSTEM COMPONENTS

A complete fan-cooled workwear system

Fans circulate ambient air inside the garment to support sweat evaporation. This is an air-circulation system, not refrigerated air conditioning.

01

Garment

The garment supports the fans and provides space for airflow. Check mounting-hole dimensions and positions, battery storage and cable routing.

02

Fan unit

Check mounting diameter, installed depth, connector, operating voltage and speed control before selecting a fan unit.

03

Battery pack

The battery pack powers the fans. Check output voltage, continuous output capability and connectors. Capacity alone does not determine operating time.

04

Cables and charging accessories

Cables and charging accessories must match the system connectors, polarity and charging requirements.

02 / COMPATIBILITY

Check compatibility before choosing a configuration.

Image references identify designs, not validated combinations. Matching reference numbers do not establish electrical or mechanical compatibility.

Reference values and proposed configurations are shown for selection discussions. Final specifications require sample validation and agreement in the order documentation.

03 / GARMENT SELECTION

Three garment ranges for different working environments.

Catalogue options: sizes S–4XL and 100% polyester. Confirm fit, garment measurements and component compatibility with a sample.

Installation and maintenance at height

Consider for scaffolding installation, structural steel work and rooftop equipment maintenance where a safety harness is required.

Styles: Gilet / PM66-L Long-sleeved jacket
Features: Harness pass-through opening, hood and light-blocking coating.
Colours: Mist grey, charcoal black and camouflage; availability varies by style.

Check harness routing, tool-belt clearance and fan positioning during a fitting. The garment does not replace fall-protection equipment.

04 / USE AND CARE

Fit correctly. Keep airflow clear. Remove components before washing.

BEFORE USE

Fit and check

Secure the fans, connect compatible cables and battery pack, and route the cables. Keep air inlets clear and follow the operating instructions.

DURING USE

Keep airflow clear

Adjust airflow to conditions and keep inlets unobstructed. Operating time depends on speed setting, temperature and battery condition.

BEFORE WASHING

Remove electrical components

Switch off and remove the battery pack, fans and cables. Wash the garment according to its care label and maintain electrical components as instructed.

05 / CUSTOMISATION AND DELIVERY

Agree the specification before production.
